This sequence for choir and cantors by Nigel Walsh uses the traditional words of the Pie Jesu juxtaposed with three of the Funeral Sentences from the Burial Service. It was originally written for All Souls Day (2nd November) but it would be suitable for funerals and other times of remembrance and thanksgiving for the departed. It is sung here by the Langford Singers (Devon, UK) conducted by the composer. Soloists are Hannah Partridge and Martin Shaw
